Dr. Douglas W. Anderson, DMD, is an endodontist and dental anesthesiologist. A native Oregonian, he was graduated from Lewis and Clark College and Oregon Health Sciences University in Portland Oregon.

He has volunteered with Medical Teams International and Capital Medical Teams in Peru and Ecuador providing merciful sleep so the plastic and orthopedic surgeons can repair the congenital deformities many children suffer.

From early in life, he followed a dual personal and academic course. His passion for literature, philosophy, and science has been a constant source of intellectual fulfillment, as well as an outlet for academic expression. His philosophy of life centers on the belief that life is a journey that contains the process of life, within which is found the growth of the true self, spiritually.

He lives in Sunriver, Oregon with his wife Pam.
